After completing your payment, you’ll be redirected to our Consultation Information page. This page includes details:

  • details on how to prepare for your consultation, including a link to your Pre-Consultation Form, and how to share updates, images, and documents with Pennylane.

  • how attend your online appointment

  • a link to book additional consultations

and more. You’ll also find a link to our Consultation Information page in the booking confirmation email, your calendar invitation, and your invoice.

General notes:

After booking with Calendly, they should be automatically sent to this page. If that is not possible, the info they get from or see in Calendly should be clear this is the next step and easy for them to click to get here.
Next step after payment is completing PCF. Add a field to the PCF where they reference their invoice.
Look into how we will be notified of the booking and how we will know they paid their invoice. If they haven’t paid their invoice, what’s our procedure? (How soon do we connect with them to remind them to pay? Is there a reminder that can be sent from Calendly or is it an email sent to them?)
