Extended Session
Pennylane and David offer individualized, one-on-one consultations to advise artists on navigating the fine art industry in order to support their career goals. Consultations are catered to the artists’ needs and topics may include developing a body of work, marketing, gallery approach, general critique and identifying an audience, among others.
It is customary for new clients to see David first, where he conducts a “state-of-the-nation” review of the artist’s presence and makes recommendations for basic next steps and laying down a foundation. Afterwards, clients may book with Pennylane as well if they wish.
To prioritize discussion topics, please fill out the pre-consultation form one week prior to your appointment date.
Consultations with Pennylane are $230 CAD plus tax (US and International consultations are $190 USD)
Consultations with David are $180 CAD plus tax (US and International consultations are $150 USD)

Consultations are held online, in our Vancouver and Victoria offices, or when traveling to a city near you.
Consultations are one-on-one. The addition of one or more persons is subject to a rate increase. See: Small Group Critiques
For a refund minus a processing fee, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
