The Vancouver Mural Festival has taken over Mount Pleasant for it’s third year running, running August 6th to the main event on Saturday the 11th. Two of this year’s muralists – local artist Sara Khan and Bunnie Reiss, from Los Angeles – along with curatorial team member Pennylane Shen, recently put down their brushes and cans to answer our questions about their work, their involvement in VMF, diversity in public art and other hot topic.
